Christian Moreira joined the company in February 2024. He is responsible for client care, quality assurance, and team development. He manages the day-to-day operations for service excellence delivery, efficiency and process optimization to meet and exceed our client needs. 

Prior to joining ESQgo, Moreira worked in industries such as BPO and Hospitality, Telecommunications, etc., where he led Quality Assurance and Operations for client excellence experience for over 5 years at several companies.   

Outside of work, Moreira enjoys going to the beach and listening to music.
