Prior to founding ESQGO, Mario Simonyan built and sold two seven-figure Amazon Private Label brands. Now, he works exclusively with Amazon sellers helping these entrepreneurs navigate intellectual property issues, and the jungle that is Amazon. Given his background as a successful third-party Amazon seller combined with his legal knowledge, he provides a unique multi-faceted approach to any matter online sellers may encounter.
In law school, Mario was selected to be a Certified Law Student at the Small Business Law Center at Thomas Jefferson School of Law where he was awarded the Jefferson Medal, CALI Excellence For The Future Award, and the Witkin Award For Academic Excellence.
During his third-year, Mario served as a Law Clerk at Phillips and Pelly – one of San Diego’s most prominent personal injury firms where he assisted preeminent litigation attorney, Oliver Pelly.

Diana Mederos is a registered patent attorney, serving of counsel to the firm. Ms. Mederos focuses on helping individuals, startups, and small-medium sized businesses build and leverage domestic and international intellectual property portfolios comprising patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
Ms. Mederos has successfully negotiated fair and reasonable resolutions to intellectual property disputes. Furthermore, Ms. Mederos is keen on protecting her clients’ interests with intellectual property and technology related agreements tailored to achieve her clients’ goals.
Matt Sasaki is an associate attorney at ESQgo, representing companies and individuals primarily in contract drafting and negotiation, trademark disputes, and intellectual property enforcement.
Matt graduated from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he served as a Submissions Editor on the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice.
In his third year, Matt represented clients through the USC Intellectual Property and Technology Clinic, working with creatives and small businesses to help them protect their own intellectual property rights and avoid infringing on the rights of others.

After working for a prominent law firm in the United Kingdom, where he lived for almost a decade, Mr. Thireos joined ESQgo to help provide our clients with a better customer experience, and spearhead our development.
Mr. Thireos graduated from Plymouth University with a Bsc in Maritime Business and Logistics.
While at Plymouth, he founded a number of successful ventures, which provides him with insight into the struggles that online entrepreneurs face on a daily basis.
Now he is on a mission to help entrepreneurs achieve their goals and build successful online businesses.
Wiem Marie Luna
Wiem Marie Luna is one of our paralegals at ESQgo. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and was two years into law school when she decided to migrate to the US in 2019.
Wiem now heads our Amazon Law Department and has helped many Amazon sellers get their accounts and listings reinstated.
He is skilled in assisting attorneys and clients with trademark and copyright-related matters.
He helps to prepare for trademark and copyright filing, conducts trademark search and clearance, and monitoring.
Ivan David Lippens

Ivan provides support for a variety of web design tasks and digital hot-fixes.
He helps us construct web-pages, user interface, and some SEO copy.
Ivan also helps in the construction of other digital assets, and provides digital consulting when necessary.
