Rick joined the company in May 2024. He manages the legal solution delivery across all practice areas ranging from Intellectual Property, Amazon Law, to Walmart Law as well as guiding our team of legal professionals for high-quality care for our e-Commerce clients.
Prior to joining ESQgo, Rick worked in-house in several industries specializing in consulting and technology, with an emphasis in commercial agreements and SaaS. He provided counsel in intellectual property, commercial law, corporate law, international law, employment law, data privacy & security law, immigration law, real estate law. He possesses over 28 years of experience in the legal arena.
Reed holds a bachelor’s degree in German with a concentration in Business from Baylor University, Waco, TX; a Masters Degree in International Management from Baylor University, Waco, TX; and a JD from Widener University School of Law, Harrisburg, PA. Additionally, he was admitted to the New Jersey state bar in 1996.
Outside of work, Rick enjoys reading, outdoor activities including hiking, skiing and gardening.
